Shipping and Returns

The King Map Store uses UPS for all our shipping

UPS Next Day Air - Next Business Day (Delivery typically by 10:30am)
UPS 2 Day Air - 2 Business Days (Delivery by the end of day)
UPS Ground - 1 to 5 Business Days (Delivery based on distance to destination - View UPS Ground Maps)

Note - we do need a physical address (not a P.O Box) to ship your products.

-If your order is placed before 12:00pm (central time) on a business day the order should be shipped out the   same day.  Weekend orders will be shipped out on Monday.

-Any orders placed after 12:00pm (central time) will be shipped out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

*Note - UPS Shipping rates are actual rates charged by UPS based on weight and the shipping address.   

RETURNS 

You may return items bought online at the King Map Store for any or no reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.  Please call us at 612-676-3950 to talk to one of our Customer Service Representatives.
